Linda C. Harvey

Client Services Director

Linda Harvey manages client relations at Nicolazzo & Associates, overseeing and executing special projects and campaigns. She is also responsible for quality control of all client documents, presentations, new business proposals, mailings, and related efforts.

During her eight years at Nicolazzo & Associates, she has managed multi-faceted assignments, assuring that milestones and deadlines are met and clients’ objectives are achieved. .

Linda's accomplishments include the completion of a confidential internal communications initiative on behalf of a major insurance company as it restructured its employee pension and benefits programs. This involved daily interaction with key executives at the company, creating a sizeable number of complex documents and PowerPoint presentations, assembling booklets for all affected employees, and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality throughout the process. When the Boston office of a major New York-based international law firm was honored with top rankings in several practice areas by the prestigious Chambers and Partners Guides to the Legal Profession, Linda conceived and implemented a comprehensive recognition campaign involving the design and placement of display ads in Boston-area print media, the creation of announcement cards and letters to be mailed to the firm’s clients and prospects, and the development of a news release that was broadly distributed and placed with major local, regional and national news outlets.

In addition to the above, Linda plays an active role in the firm’s strategic planning, new business development, media relations management, and research projects.

Linda has over 25 years’ experience in office administration and client service. She has held similar positions at Ingalls Advertising (Boston), Della Femina Travisano (New York), Midland Bank plc (New York office), Advent International Corporation, and Parthenon Capital. She is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts and Speech.
